Specialist GP qualifications were obtained after further college training in Brisbane in 1998. Soon after this he moved to Stockholm, Sweden for 8 years where he practised as a specialist GP.
He has worked in the Newmarket area from 2008. Dr Carroll works exclusively as a GP. He is known for his approachable manner and thoroughness in caring for his patients. He considers it a privilege to care for patients of
all ages.
He is experienced and proficient in all areas of General Practice. Areas of interest include Men’s Health, Paediatrics, and Skin cancer detection and treatment. He is also committed to providing exceptional care by combining expertise, experience, and a patient-centered approach.
Dr Carroll and his family continue to have close ties to the Swedish community in Brisbane. He is fluent in Swedish if needed for consultations. He is an avid player of squash and golf.
